Welcome to JomDecide. By accessing or using our website at jomdecide.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. What JomDecide Is

JomDecide is a free online marketplace for property and vehicles in Malaysia. We provide a platform for users to post listings, browse, and communicate with each other. We are not a real estate agency, vehicle dealer, or party to any transaction between users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to post listings. By using the platform, you confirm that you have legal capacity to enter into agreements.

3. Listing Rules

When posting listings, you agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and truthful
• You own the rights to the images you upload, or have permission to use them
• You will not post duplicate, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• You will not post illegal items, services, or content
• You will not impersonate another person, agent, or organization
• You will not use the platform for spam, scams, or harassment

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you post. However, by posting on JomDecide, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content — including publishing it to our Blogspot and other marketing channels — for the purpose of operating and growing the platform.

5. AI-Powered Tools

JomDecide offers AI-powered tools to assist with writing descriptions and extracting data from text. These tools are provided "as is" for convenience. You are responsible for verifying all AI-generated content before publishing.

6. Images & Watermarks

Images uploaded through JomDecide are automatically watermarked with the JomDecide brand. This protects your listing from being copied elsewhere.

7. Duplicate Detection

We use automated systems to detect duplicate listings. Listings that appear to be copies of others may be hidden, marked, or removed.

8. Moderation & Removal

We reserve the right to remove any listing, suspend any account, or ban any user who violates these terms — at any time, with or without notice. Users who are banned may submit an appeal for review.

9. Reporting & Reviews

Users can report listings or reviews they believe are incorrect, fraudulent, or violate our rules. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Abuse of the reporting system may result in penalties.

10. Communications

All communications initiated through JomDecide chat should be professional and respectful. Harassment, threats, or spam will result in account suspension.

11. Third-Party Services

JomDecide uses third-party services including Firebase (Google), Cloudinary (image hosting), and Google Gemini (AI). Your use of these services through JomDecide is subject to their respective terms.

12. Disclaimers

JomDecide does not verify, guarantee, or endorse any listing posted on the platform. All transactions are between users. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from user-to-user interactions.

13. Limitation of Liability

JomDecide is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages — direct or indirect — arising from use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to RM0 (the platform is free).

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in Malaysian courts.
